A: 'Trainspotting', the original 'Planet of the Apes' series, 'Grease', 'A Clockwork Orange', the early 'Hellraiser' films, 'Thelma and Louise', 'Hairspray', the original silent 'Phantom of the Opera', the big-screen version of Andrew Lloyd Webber's 'Phantom of the Opera', the first two 'X-Men' films, Ealing comedies, Universal monsters, Hammer horrors, '50s sci-fi, '70s disaster films, and many, many more.
Q: Who's your favourite actor?
A:Ewan McGregor, Vincent Price, Susan Sarandon, Roddy McDowall, and of course my namesake, Cary Grant. I also have a bit of a thing for Danny Dyer so I done this like tribute page here, innit.
Q: What film would you like to see remade?
A: Not so much a remake as a fresh interpretation of the source material, 'The Rainbird Pattern' (known to film fans as Alfred Hitchcock's 'Family Plot') is well worthy of a much more faithful cinematic interpretation.
Q: What film should never be remade?
A: Cliched as it is, I side with the vast majority who threaten to riot if a remake of 'The Wizard of Oz' is ever considered for production.
